Why subscribe?

Rooted in the field of performance psychology, the topics of the newsletter will span the many components of successful performance, including the various areas of psychology (cognitive, social, etc.), as well as proper running form (and its myths), strength training, and recovery.

Mike has been successfully coaching runners as an entrepreneur since 2006 and is a PhD candidate in cognitive neuroscience.

Subscribe to receive weekly newsletters offering thoughts, tips, advice, and rhetorical questions from a professional running coach and former high-level athlete. Mike did not grow up as “a runner,” so his views on run training are often very refreshing, hence his unique video series on running form and his book, “The Art of Run Training” (2nd edition coming 2022!).
